How the licence reaches you

Stripe processes your payment and emails a receipt. Your licence is sent separately from licenses@archivehive.app.

Your licence file unlocks the creation of new archives. The End User License Agreement sets the terms for using the software, which the installer asks you to accept. This site's terms and privacy policy cover the purchase.

If it does not arrive, check spam first, then use licence recovery — it can resend to the address you paid with. For unresolved purchase issues, contact us.
